Responsibilities:
- Handle Leasing enquiries, arrange and conduct site inspections with prospective tenants and follow up on leasing opportunities for Office Portfolios
- Liaise and negotiate with existing tenants on lease renewals, terms and related documentation; build and maintain positive relationships with existing tenants, prospective tenants and property agents

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to:
- Responsible for managing new development, renovation, and A&A projects from the design stage through to project handover.
- Monitor, review, and inspect consultants' and contractors' drawings and site works.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the required quality standards, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate closely with Project Initiators and end-users from various departments regarding project requirements, specifications, and handover procedures.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, utility companies, and government authorities.
- Oversee building facilities works and projects to ensure the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.

- Construction and site experience in A&A projects is highly preferred.

- Lead the Group’s investment strategy and capital deployment, with responsibility for portfolio performance, while ensuring disciplined execution of investment initiatives
- Own and drive capital allocation decisions across the portfolio, including prioritization, sizing, pacing, and risk concentration
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of acquisitions and disposals, ensuring alignment with Group’s long-term strategy.
- Oversee deal screening, pricing strategies, and complex negotiations to drive high-quality, decision-ready investment opportunities
- Build and diversify acquisition/disposal pipelines through strong networks with agents, vendors, and market participants
- Form independent market views through direct engagement, site assessments, and network insights to inform investment decisions

- Oversee all valuation exercises for acquisitions, disposals, rentals, and portfolio audits to ensure accuracy and market relevance.
- Review and approve feasibility analyses and financial models for redevelopment and asset enhancement initiatives, supporting post-acquisition repositioning to maximize value.
- Drive portfolio performance through active management, repositioning strategies, and capital recycling initiatives
