Guest Service Officer (5 days work) │Hotel Madera Hong Kong /Hotel Madera Hollywood 2026.07.06

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for greeting and front desk duties
  • Provide check-in and check-out services for hotel guests in a professional manner
  • Assist in handling incoming phone calls and queries for visitors and guests
  • Provides asset protection and loss prevention measures
  • Undertakes patrols
  • Safe-guard hotel and client information
  • Enforces hotel security rules and regulations
  • Handle emergencies and provide immediate assistance
  • Perform basic paperwork, including patrol records, shift handover reports, and incident logs

Leasing Officer / Senior Leasing Officer (Office) 2026.07.22

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Leasing enquiries, arrange and conduct site inspections with prospective tenants and follow up on leasing opportunities for Office Portfolios
  • Liaise and negotiate with existing tenants on lease renewals, terms and related documentation; build and maintain positive relationships with existing tenants, prospective tenants and property agents
  • Initiate, coordinate and executive leasing-related promotional programmes to support tenant attraction and occupancy objectives
  • Monitor and review leasing performance, market conditions, occupancy status and recommend improvement initiatives
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments and ensure timely and high-quality execution of leasing matters

Basic Requirements:

Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager 2026.07.15

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to:

  • Responsible for managing new development, renovation, and A&A projects from the design stage through to project handover.
  • Monitor, review, and inspect consultants' and contractors' drawings and site works.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the required quality standards, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Initiators and end-users from various departments regarding project requirements, specifications, and handover procedures.
  • Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, utility companies, and government authorities.
  • Oversee building facilities works and projects to ensure the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant project management experience in a sizable company, preferably with a property developer.
  • Construction and site experience in A&A projects is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Project Manager.
  • Basic AI skills will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong resilience, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and be receptive to constructive feedback.

Senior Technical Officer 2026.07.07

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and review all repairing, maintenance, and upgrading works/projects for various portfolios.
  • Receive, prioritize, and close out tenant-initiated repair orders, ensuring minimal disruption to tenancy operations.
  • Explain technical findings and proposed repair solutions to internal staff in clear message.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure workmanship and materials strictly comply with specifications.
  • Handle troubleshooting, emergencies, and ad-hoc technical issues as they arise.
  • Ensure all works meet relevant statutory regulations and standards.
  • Assist in special projects and other duties as required.
  • Manage Alteration & Addition (A&A) or minor projects to ensure facilities and premises remain in optimal condition for business operations.
  • Follow up on statutory orders and liaise with stakeholders to ensure works are executed efficiently.
  • Conduct site inspections, research, and condition surveys for all properties.
  • Execute feasibility studies and building evaluations through systematic assessment.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to supervisors and the department.

Basic requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Building Services, Engineering, or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in a tenant-facing technical role or customer service within property or facilities management.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.

General Manager (Property Investment) 2026.04.15

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Group’s investment strategy and capital deployment, with responsibility for portfolio performance, while ensuring disciplined execution of investment initiatives
  • Own and drive capital allocation decisions across the portfolio, including prioritization, sizing, pacing, and risk concentration
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of acquisitions and disposals, ensuring alignment with Group’s long-term strategy.
  • Oversee deal screening, pricing strategies, and complex negotiations to drive high-quality, decision-ready investment opportunities
  • Build and diversify acquisition/disposal pipelines through strong networks with agents, vendors, and market participants 
  • Form independent market views through direct engagement, site assessments, and network insights to inform investment decisions
  • Conduct site visits and derive market insights for pipeline quality and feasibility.
  • Oversee all valuation exercises for acquisitions, disposals, rentals, and portfolio audits to ensure accuracy and market relevance.
  • Review and approve feasibility analyses and financial models for redevelopment and asset enhancement initiatives, supporting post-acquisition repositioning to maximize value.
  • Drive portfolio performance through active management, repositioning strategies, and capital recycling initiatives
  • Act as a key advisor to senior management on capital allocation, portfolio strategy, and major investment decisions 
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and external advisors on investment strategy, capital deployment, and risk management 
  • Lead and manage cross-functional coordination across internal teams to ensure alignment and execution discipline

Basic requirements:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Investments, Private Equity, Management or relevant discipline with professional qualifications such as CFA, HKIS, or RICS
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant working experience; proven track record in leading high-value real estate investments, including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management
  • Deep familiarity with Hong Kong real estate market dynamics and strong industry network
  • Proactive in adopting tools (e.g., AI/software) to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Excellent at delivering structured, decision-oriented communication and influencing senior management
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance risk and return under uncertainty
