Hong Kong – 5 Dec 2017 – Hip Shing Hong today announced the grand opening of the second Madera Cafe at Genesis, Wong Chuk Hang, providing the community with a new concept of dining experience. The café is managed by Madera Hotel Management Ltd., an affiliate company of Hip Shing Hong.

Located at Genesis, 33-35 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Madera Cafe serves an all-day set menu featuring an array of food options, such as sandwiches, quiches, pies and pizza, cakes, soup, salad and dim sum. It offers additional food choices to tenants at Genesis and neighborhood. Madera Cafe features its signature drink – Sesame Latte, a reference to the root of Hip Shing Hong, where sesames and cinnamon were the Hip Shing Hong’s core business in the old days.

“I am so delighted to announce the opening of Madera Cafe. Our aim is to provide an additional quality food choice for our tenants to relax and maintain adequate work-life balance in Genesis,” said Mr. David Fong, Managing Director of Hip Shing Hong.

Madera is the Spanish word for wood, natural simplicity design represented by its name. From now to 15 December 2017, guests will get a free coffee coupon that can be used in all Madera Cafe outlets.
