Hong Kong – 30 April 2015 – Hip Shing Hong (Holdings) Company Limited (Hip Shing Hong) is proud to announce that we were once again awarded the “10 Years Plus Caring Company Logo” by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) at the Caring Company Partnership Expo 2015 on 25 March 2015. This is the eleventh consecutive years for Hip Shing Hong to be named as a “Caring Company” by HKCSS.

The “Caring Company Scheme” was launched by the HKCSS in 2002, with the objective of promoting good corporate citizenship among business sector. At Hip Shing Hong, “Caring” has long been one of the four corporate core values. It is our fine tradition to join hands with our stakeholders to create a better Hong Kong. Over the years, we have invested substantially to support education and medical services in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Hong Kong – 30 April 2015 – Hip Shing Hong (Holdings) Company Limited (Hip Shing Hong) is pleased to announce that our first revitalised industrial building, Genesis, has been named the “Caring Service of the Year 2014” at the Building Inspectors Academy Awards organised by the Hong Kong Professional Building Inspection Academy (BIA). The award recognizes Hip Shing Hong’s excellence in project quality and craftsmanship.

Genesis is the first industrial building in Wong Chuk Hang to be revitalised into a commercial building under the Government’s “Revitalisation of Industrial Buildings” measures. The rejuvenation of Genesis started in 2012 and the building was officially grand opened in January 2015. Strong emphasis of work-life balance concept was injected into the project, making it a truly unique working space in Wong Chuk Hang.

The bespoke design of Genesis is most evident at Zone DD, the clubhouse on the fourth floor. At the size of about 30,000 sq. ft., Zone DD injects playfulness in everyday work through vibrant and energetic interior design, and offers a peace of mind for tenants. Its fully equipped workout zone, kid zone, meeting zone, kitchen, rooftop garden and other leisure facilities make work-life balance a reality.

BIA is a non-profit organisation founded in 2012 by a group of professional architects and building inspectors. Its mission is to promote a unified building inspection standard among the industry, and celebrate quality workmanship and management practices in projects. BIA is currently chaired by Mr. Tsim Chai Nam.
